Ordering Process

We love working closely with our clients to ensure complete satisfaction.

Step 1

Once we establish that the date you have in mind is available, we will begin the creative process. We will discuss the amount of servings needed, the cake flavor as well as the design you have in mind.

Step 2

I will send a detailed invoice for your review and approval. Once the invoice is sent, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours in order to reserve your date. After 48 hours the date is released for other potential orders. Please confirm availability before sending payment after 48 hours. Payment of that deposit is acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions I have here on my website.

Step 3

Let the baking begin - your vision goes from paper to reality! All cakes are made fresh with the highest quality ingredients – fresh cream butter, pure vanilla & real eggs!

Step 4

Pick up must be arranged in advance, preferably upon booking. Wedding cake deliveries must be discussed at the time of booking in order to plan accordingly. I will give you a quick run down on how to safely transport your precious cargo as well as have you sign off on an approval form before the cake is released.

Am I able to stop in and buy a baked goods?

I am a home-based baker and at this time I do not have a storefront. If you are local, feel free to take a look at my website and place on order for pick up or delivery.
If you are local and I am available I will gladly deliver. For weddings there is a delivery and set up charge based on mileage ($0.54/mile) and an hourly rate ($15/hr).
The sooner the better! I prefer a minimum of a week for most items. I prefer a month for larger orders and wedding cakes. Please message me with details on the date and items desired so I can check my availability or book a session with me where we can chat and go over the details of your order.
I take great pride in the fact that I do not copy the work of others. I will gladly use any photos you send as inspiration to create something custom just for you! I will discuss the entire design plan with you to make sure I understand your vision. I really love to work with creative freedom and would be absolutely thrilled to surprise you if you’re up for it!

Can you match my colors exactly?

I do not guarantee exact color matches, but I work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide.

Do you require any payment when I place my order?

Yes! Unfortunately, in the business world, we can experience no-shows. To avoid being left out-of- pocket, I require a minimum of a 50% deposit which is non-refundable on all orders. Once the deposit is made your order is considered booked and you are guaranteed your spot.

Once I send you the details of what I want and confirm a date, is my order guaranteed?

Not quite! Your order is not secured until you receive an invoice and make the initial non-refundable 50% deposit (or pay in full), depending on what is ordered.

How do I sign in to my client portal?

Simply click on the member log in button in the upper right of my website and register your free user account. Once you're signed in, you will be able to see open and paid invoices, your payment history, and more.
